Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. |

How can I track my order? |

A confirmation email is sent once your order has been accepted. Additionally, a shipment confirmation email is sent as your items are shipped - included in this email are tracking numbers that you can use to track your order with UPS, FedEx and USPS. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at tokyostyle. Simply click the My Account link at the top of your page or Sign In. Click View Order History then your Order Number to view the details of your order. |

For U.S. orders, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States in order to make a
purchase. The issuing bank must also be based in the United States.
Tokyostyle may ship items using: UPS (United Postal Service)
After an order is placed with tokyostyle.us, you will receive a confirmation email saying your order has been accepted. Most items are shipped within 2-3 business day during weekdays. When an item ships, a shipment confirmation email is sent that includes a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to view the progress of your shipment. |

International shipping costs, methods and disclosure |

All international orders are shipped via UPS.
International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. To determine the cost, please e-mail us your list of items and your address. We will provide an exact shipping cost by return.
International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from tokyostyle.us, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents.
International orders are subject to verification. First time international customers must submit a scanned copy of their passport to info@tokyostyle.us. We apologize for any inconvenience however this is necessary to protect against fraudulent orders. International orders must have the same billing and shipping address.

We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

What is your return policy? |
| |
Tokyostyle wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your returnable item for any reason, simply send it and the receipt back to us within 21 days of arrival for a refund or store credit.
Please see exceptions below on some product categories. We do not refund original or return shipping charges.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on jewelry, leg ware or accessories. Some products, as marked clearly in their description, are not returnable. We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. Merchandise must be return in its original condition with all tags attached.
Sale Items
Items clearly marked as 'Sale' may be returned for store credit only, unless otherwise noted. Upon receiving your return, we will issue you a store credit redeemable at Tokyostyle.
Final Sale Items
Clearance items may not be returned, they are final sale.
Damaged / Defective Goods:
At Tokyostyle, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at info@tokyostyle.us to be eligible for a refund.

How do I make a return/exchange? |

Please complete the return/exchange portion of your packing list and include it with your package. Return shipping address will be included on your invoice. You may also email us at any time to get this information. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted. The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. |

What gift wrap/box services do you offer? |

tokyostyle ships all items in stylish boxes with tokyostyle logo. All items are wrapped in tissue. The recipient will receive a blank invoice with the return/exchange form. |

How do I purchase a gift certificate? |

Gift certificates are available for purchase online. We offer gift certificates in the predetermined dollar amounts featured on our site. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. Gift certificates are delivered using USPS, with no shipping charges. You may choose to have your gift certificate shipped using another shipping method at an additional cost. |
